Fourways Cattery is a indoor kitty boarding facility based next door to Fourways Vet in Sun Valley. We offer comfortable and quiet boarding facilities for short and long term guests.
Medication can be administered: tablets, insulin and antibiotic injections.
We provide bedding for our guests. Please bring a blanket from home to ensure your cat is comfortable. Bringing something from home reassures your cats whilst you’re away.

I really can’t recommend Fourways Cattery and Alison highly enough. This really is the most amazing ‘home away from home’ for my boy Griffin. Alison is amazing with him and has thought of every little detail to make sure the experience is a positive one. She genuinely loves/chats and cuddles all the cats. The Cattery is clean and has such a relaxed content atmosphere. The regular updates/videos of him (and all the other cats) show them always totally relaxed and happy. Griffin comes home a little heavier/all beautifully brushed and happy. Most importantly we can go on holiday absolutely relaxed and know our boy is in safe hands and happy x

Roxy stayed with Ali at FourWays cattery for three months when my dad and I immigrated to the UK. Alison went above and beyond when she looked after Roxy, by sending us photos and updates nearly every day. We could see how well looked after & loved Roxy was. Ali treated Roxy as if she were her own. Ali took the pressure off at a very stressful time. I highly recommend FourWays cattery. It is simply the best cattery there is.

I cannot recommend Alison enough! After hunting for weeks for a suitable cattery that would accommodate my Gambit I met up with Alison and was blown away by her enthusiasm and dedication. Gambit has special dietary needs and can be niggly to someone, not 100% invested in the cat’s interest. Well, not only did she love and care for my fur baby as though he were her own, she even purchased a chest freezer for his lunch packs! Her daily videos and photo updates while we were away went above and beyond and a firm friendship and a lifestime of loyalty to her cattery was established!

Collecting Mr Bernstein (aka Chris –the Christmas cat), my spoilt and indulged furry feline companion, from his regular holiday spot at Alison’s 5 star Kitty Hotel – Fourways Cattery, has frequently provided an equal measure of embarrassment and hilarity. Despite the fact that Mr B complains loudly during the short car trip to the cattery, he frequently manifests his love for his ‘second home’ by hiding under a blanket or box when I arrive to collect him. Although he is a shy cat, distrustful of strangers, he adores Alison and struts around the cattery as though he is a major shareholder. Any time I spend away from Cape Town is made more enjoyable by the peace of mind I have knowing that Mr B is having more fun than me, hanging with his favourite people in his favourite getaway spot. It is the ultimate win-win solution.

Fourways Cattery has been my cats’ second home for the past 3 years. They have stayed for short weekends away and for months at a time. I am always surprised at how relaxed and happy they are when I visit or bring them home. The environment is so calm and cosy and Ali gives each cat personal attention. She really gets to know your cats! Ali always goes the extra mile. She has dropped and collected my cats for me when I couldn’t do it myself, she has made space in her own home for my cats when the cattery was full and we had no other options and she has helped us at short notice more than once. She has a heart of gold. I’ve always been skeptical of catteries as cats are so averse to change but at Fourways the cats are as happy as they are at home.

Food while boarding
Our standard feed is dry food twice a day, either Hills or Royal Canine adult. Where a cat is on specific food / diet, these will need to be provided for the duration of the cat’s stay.
